up by 35 more degrees. I have worked my ass off to loose weight and bring my knees back into
human standards. Far from when I started a year ago. I couldn't get up off the couch without
almost falling down. Thank you to all the great people in Clayton at the PT Gym. They know their
stuff. Read up on the link about this stuff. Maybe you need help. Don't hold off, it works.
