You can't fix CRAZY! All the rules and laws in the world mean nothing to
a CRAZY PERSON. I only would love it if they were able to some how
know what these people were going to do and put them down way before
they even left the house.
Look into the eyes and see. This dude could never tell you
any given day what he is going to do next. That's why
(THANK GOD) he is locked away.

I always wanted an AK47. Just to take to the gun range.
BUT we don't have Tom and the high tech to see future crimes before they happen.
Really would be great. But even the movie showed it could be cheated.
