At 69 he has kicked the bucket.    Instead of pushing the button on America.....Someone pushed the button on his clock.   No more eating twice as much as any one person in the country.   No more fancy beds.   All the expensive cars will sit for awhile.    The playboy from Asia is gone.    Ain't Karma a Bitch?
